We were founded by a small but mighty San Francisco team, who began working with tech companies over ten years ago (back when Facebook was called Myspace and Slack was called AIM)

Isabelle has had a passion for people since she mastered the word "hi" and discovered she could say it from her stroller to just about everyone who walked by. 

After mastering a few more words, she graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Communication and Design. She went on to co-found an agency that connected students to language teachers, which later grew to advise multinational organizations on localization and go to market strategy.

Through some twist of fate she came to call SF home, and joined the early People Operations team at Square, where she met Brielle! She worked closely with the Recruiting, HR, Finance and IT teams as both an analyst and project manager, building scalable programs and tools to support Square's rapid growth.

Currently she's helping Eventbrite expand their international presence while keeping remote teams connected and engaged. She is an advisor to early stage startups and loves to help companies build strong internal brands and be great places to work.

Brielle believes that in order to change the world, we must be our most authentic and bold self. For as long as she can remember, she has been on a mission to empower people to reach their full potential. She is a builder of people, a creator of possibility, a connector by nature, a catalyst for growth and an instigator of laughter.

She received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. As a Bay Area native, she has always identified with the entrepreneurial spirit and drive. She joined Square to work on all things People Operations, and helped the team grow from 60 to over 1,300 employees.

Currently she is a consultant with the VC fund General Catalyst, where she builds tools to support networks, connecting founders and providing resources for growing teams. She loves nothing more than working with individuals whose mission is to have an impact on society. It is this mindset that inspires her to grow personally and professionally every day.
